Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last shipment.

How to Withdraw

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Please return unopened products within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to:

The cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened matcha tins)
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@satsukimatcha.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. We will respond within 2 business days.
