Wholesale questions
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- There is no fixed minimum for first orders. For recurring supply, we adjust quantities to your needs. Just reach out via our contact form.
- Do you supply outside Germany?
- Yes. We ship across the EU and selected international markets. Include your country in the inquiry and we will confirm lead times.
- Which grade is right for my menu?
- The Everyday Matcha Blend works for straight preparation and lattes. The Organic Matcha suits venues where organic certification matters. Hōjicha for low-caffeine lattes and desserts. Not sure? We are happy to advise.
- Is custom packaging available?
- Yes, for larger volume commitments. Send us your requirements and we will discuss feasibility and timelines.
- What are the payment terms?
- First orders are prepaid. After two successful orders, we can discuss net payment terms.
