Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day from our Berlin warehouse. Delivery times begin after dispatch, not after placing your order.
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- EU (outside Germany): 5–10 business days
Carrier
We ship via Deutsche Post DHL. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
If an item is temporarily out of stock or delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you by email.
