Wholesale questions

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum for first orders. For recurring supply, we scale quantities to your throughput. Get in touch and we will find a structure that works.
Do you supply outside Germany?
Yes. We ship across the EU and selected international markets. Include your country in the inquiry and we will confirm lead times.
Which grade is right for my menu?
Everyday Matcha for straight preparation and premium lattes. Organic Matcha for baking, culinary, and versatile latte use. Hōjicha for low-caffeine lattes and desserts. Not sure? We advise based on your use case.
Is custom packaging available?
Yes, for larger volume commitments. Reach out with your requirements and we will discuss feasibility and timelines.
What are your payment terms?
First orders are prepaid. After two successful orders, we can discuss net payment terms.
