Stone-ground for a vivid, silky cup — clean and balanced, with delicate umami and no bitterness. Built for lattes and iced matcha. Available as a 30 g tin or a 100 g pouch.

How to brew matcha.
- Dose the matcha
Add 1–2 g of Satsuki matcha to a bowl. For an especially fine texture, sift it first.
- Add water
Pour over water at roughly 70–80 °C — not boiling, so the matcha stays mild and rounded.
- Whisk
Whisk with the chasen in quick W or M motions until a fine foam forms.
- Enjoy
Drink it straight, or build it into a matcha latte with milk or ice.
